Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, employee and dealers strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers.
Responsible for achievement of AOP & Market Share.
Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes – channel development, marketing activities e.g. Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc.
Responsible for overall team management, administration, coordination and market development.
Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory
Liaison with Govt. & bank officials.
Concept selling among institutional clients, co-operative societies & governmental machinery, educating, sensitizing them - Developing key institutional clients with special reference to influencing apex level government officials in state & centre / nodal agencies etc. wrt Greenhouse projects, creating awareness wrt issues & Essen’s solutions through respective technology / products / services, creating government opinion in favor of EML.
Conduct explanatory meetings with potential clients; enhance awareness and acceptance level of Sunccol’s business solutions in respective segments.
Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales!
Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Fabricators /field work.
Coordinate with Head office to ensure for smooth execution of sales , required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services are available
