A)Should have worked as a Regional Head of a standard Co having All India Sales and Distribution network or a Sr ASM of a well known large Turnover FMCG Cos.
B)Should have ability to think and observe trends in the market/significant competitor activities and report to Management while guiding Branch Managers and taking action.
C)Should be oriented towards implementing Sound systems and Policies
D)Believe that great marketing is about IDEAS and INSIGHTS and NOT JUST BUDGETS
E)Should have good administrative and networking ability (with other depts.) like logistics and Admin resolving issues at local level
F)Should be ready to Relocate at Rajkot
G)Should have a habit of timely reporting without excuses.
