1.Optimizing employee production and material efficiency through continuous improvement.
2.Managing department supervisors/leads/employees and addressing performance issues as necessary
3.Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to crew supervisors/leads to ensure department alignment with operational strategies and culture.
4.Reviewing and compiling monthly reporting activities as required.
5.Maintaining and promoting a safe work environment by ensuring employees are following safety protocols consistent with company policies and procedures.
6.Auditing and approving hours in the time keeping system.
7.Playing a key role in implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.
8. Leading the advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives in the department.
