Search for probable candidate for senior post which match parameters stated in manpower requisition form from web portals.
Provide details of vacant position such as job description, salary range and other specified parameters to recruitment consultants.
Schedule candidates for interview (for positions above level 3 band 2-assistant manager and above) by calling and sending interview call letter (ask to bring documents required).
Follow up with scheduled candidates regarding Interview date and time.
Monitor and maintain Recruitment tracker on daily basis.
For selected Candidate confirm Date of joining and take follow up.
When candidate joins, complete all joining formalities I.e. preparing employees entire file.
Meeting defined targets for recruitment.
Retrieve the information from all departments of new recruits.
Preparation the Induction Plan for employees joining the company.
Conduct a Guided tour of the Factory and introduction with Key
People and show new employee's place of work.
Giving Introduction to code of conduct to each new Employee.
Getting the Feedback form for induction filled up by new employees.
Guiding and supervising the work of HR trainee (Recruitment).
